Effects

In a triple battle, if the user is on either the left or right of the team (not in the middle), Ally Switch switches with the Pokemon on the other end of the team.

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Psychium Z and uses its Z-Power, Ally Switch turns into Z-Ally Switch and raises Speed two stages, in addition to its usual effect as above.
