Pokémon with the ability Inner Focus or those behind a Substitute cannot be made to flinch.

Changes

  • In Generations 3-5, Extrasensory has 30 PP.
  • In Generation 3 if the target has used Minimize, Extrasensory deals double damage.

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Psychium Z and uses its Z-Power, Extrasensory turns into Shattered Psyche and has base power 160.
