Effects
The user restores the target's HP by up to half of its max HP. It restores more HP when the terrain is grass.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Fairium Z and uses its Z-Power, Floral Healing turns into Z-Floral Healing and eliminates any stat drops applied to the user, in addition to its usual effect as above.
