found out a -1 Atk, Modest. Lv 100 Tangrowth couldn't OHKO a +6 Def, 252 HP, 252 Def, Lv 1 aron (without sturdy) using constrict.
I will update this when I feel like it (This might take awhile as I can be lazy)
