King's Rock (item)

Effects

When held, King's Rock gives moves a 10% chance of causing the target to flinch, if the move does not already have an increased flinch chance.

Pokémon with the ability Serene Grace have a 20% flinch chance when holding King's Rock.

The King's Rock also causes the following Pokémon to evolve, when they are traded holding the item:

Ruby/Sapphire Emerald	A hold item that may cause flinching when the foe is hit.
FireRed/LeafGreen	An item to be held by a POKéMON. It may cause the foe to flinch upon taking damage.
Diamond/Pearl Platinum HeartGold/SoulSilver	An item to be held by a Pokémon. It may cause the foe to flinch when the holder inflicts damage.
Black/White Black 2/White 2	An item to be held by a Pokémon. When the holder inflicts damage, the target may flinch.
X/Y O.Ruby/A.Sapphire	An item to be held by a Pokémon. When the holder successfully inflicts damage, the target may also flinch.
Sun/Moon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon	An item to be held by a Pokémon. When the holder successfully inflicts damage, the target may also flinch.
Sword/Shield B.Diamond/S.Pearl	An item to be held by a Pokémon. When the holder successfully inflicts damage, the target may also flinch.
Scarlet/Violet	An item to be held by a Pokémon. It may cause the target to flinch whenever the holder successfully inflicts damage on them with an attack.
