Effects

Dragon Rush deals damage and has a 20% chance of causing the target to flinch (if the target has not yet moved).

Pokémon with the ability Inner Focus or those behind a Substitute cannot be made to flinch.

If the target has used Minimize, Dragon Rush ignores accuracy and deals double damage.

Changes

  • In Generations 4-5, the Minimize effect did not occur.

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Dragonium Z and uses its Z-Power, Dragon Rush turns into Devastating Drake and has base power 180.
