Effects

Iron Defense raises the user's Defense by two stages.

Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Steelium Z and uses its Z-Power, Iron Defense turns into Z-Iron Defense and eliminates any stat drops applied to the user, in addition to its usual effect as above.
