Effects
Rage Powder redirects all single-target moves used by opponents to itself. It is only useful in double or triple battles.
It does not work for moves that target multiple Pokémon such as Air Cutter or Bulldoze.
Changes
In Generation 5, Rage Powder has priority +3.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Buginium Z and uses its Z-Power, Rage Powder turns into Z-Rage Powder and eliminates any stat drops applied to the user, in addition to its usual effect as above.
