Mythical Pokemon Concept

The Confusion Duck
When Pokemon get confused, they do so because they are suddenly seeing multiple of this mythical Duck Pokemon circling them. The mythical kinda closely resembles the confusion duck, and is likely mediocre in battle, but has some sort of annoying move or ability that deals with confusion.
