I got my first Pokémon game (Emerald) for my 6th birthday, and as of posting this About Me I've been playing it on and off for 18 years. I really want to get a Pokémon emerald emulator for Switch though, as that will allow me to reexperience the game with a working internal clock battery!
I play Pokémon these days mostly for the VGC competitive scene or the Gen 3 Battle Frontier and first logged onto the Pokémon DB back when I was 13 years old or something like that. I left the Pokémon DB when I contributed (maliciously) to general roleplaying getting banned and although I still would enjoy to do that I don't really have the opportunity, time commitment, or other general attachments to do that much anymore.
