My new year's resolution is to eat 100 soups this year. Currently at 7 soups.
Soups must have at least one of the following properties to qualify:
1. Broth base, with a broth being a liquid stock made by simmering and reducing vegetable, mushroom, meat, or seafood content
2. Suspended solid or semisolid vegetable, mushroom, meat, or seafood content
(QED cereal is not a valid soup, but things like ramen and pho count)
