Oh, I misread...
There is a answer box that says "Post an Answer" on Weezing's Moveset page.
You can answer it with those moves if you want, though make sure no one else has posted that movest. And you should probably add EVs and an item...though I don't know if you have to add them or not...
If you do post an Answer, you are going to have to wait for a little bit. Since you don't have many points, an Editor or a Moderator will have to approve your post. So no one will be able to see it till then. And it could be awhile...
