Welcome to Pokébase, I saw your comment. Not sure if it’s in the right place, but you are correct that something major is happening late March 2023. Pokemon Bank will not be available for purchase in the Nintendo E-Shop, but it will be free to use for those who already have it (as opposed to paid subscriptions now). As for transferring, I’m not sure how that will work, but I recommend doing a bit of research outside this site. Hope this works!
