Effects

Stats can be lowered to a minimum of -6 stages each.
Changes
- In Generations 2-5, Charm is a Normal-type move.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Fairium Z and uses its Z-Power, Charm turns into Z-Charm and raises Defense one stage, in addition to its usual effect as above.
