Stats can be lowered to a minimum of -6 stages each.

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Electrium Z and uses its Z-Power, Eerie Impulse turns into Z-Eerie Impulse and raises Special Defense one stage, in addition to its usual effect as above.
