When I went to the Pokemon centre the gal there said something about pokèrus so I searched it up and it's rare, but I don't know if it's shiny as well please help!! The Golbat is green with purple wings
Yes, your Golbat is shiny because it looks like the Golbat below. If your Golbat looks like the Golbat below, it is not shiny. Shiny Pokemon are marked with stars as well, if you have trouble telling. This Bulbapedia page provides a list of what that star looks like in each generation

If your Golbat does not have any of the Pokerus icons, try checking the other Pokemon that were in your party when the nurse at the Pokemon Center talked about Pokerus.
