Can you still get the Ralts if you don't trade? (Diantha)?

Question

Title basically says it all. But in X/Y, you go into a Cafe and Diantha asks you to trade for a Ralts- which I said no, and realized it had the thing for mega evolving Garvedoir (However you spell it, you know what I mean). Like the title says- is there any way to get it if you said no? (Without trading or restarting)

The only way to get the Gardevoirite in X/Y is by trading with Diantha. You can trade any Pokemon her, so pretty much the only reason to decline the trade is if you don't have a Pokemon you can trade to her in your party. If you decline the trade, you can talk to her in Café Soleil anytime to make the trade.
