Where can I get a Soothe Bell on Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver?

I need to evolve my togepi!

In the National park, if you go behind the fence up at the top of the park. Then you can follow the fencing until you see an item and it will be a soothe bell. However, you don't absoulutely need it to evolve Togepi.

You need it's happiness up to a certain level.Keep it in your party,get it the soothe bell,etc.oh and don't forget to walk with it of course!

I evolved it at Lv 16......then got frustrated because i couldn't find a Shiny Stone...and didn't know when should I evolve it.....

I had Togepi, it won't evolve until Lv. 23 and guess what? It evolve when it hit Lv. 24!

There's a little gap in the fence around the north-east side of the park.

This also works: Trade any Pokemon with Jasmine to get a Steelix with a soothe bell. You first have to defeat her in a rematch and trade with her between 1 and 2 PM in game. also good way to get steelix without having to trade with another person. . .

You can get the Soothe Bell as soon as you reach Goldenrod City. Head north from there and go all the way up to the National Park, then go to the northern side of National Park near the NPC playing a game on their Game Boy. You'll see a broken link in the fence there, and you can go behind the fence towards the right to find the Soothe Bell.
