frank is an evil supernatural demon who caused the 1087 massacre in Slovakia. He is also a child murderer and is the most wanted man on earth and possibly beyond. He was imprisoned in Russia for 8 years until his escape on the 31/12/25. After being found and imprisoned again he is now loose once more.
