Hi Blaziken! Just want to explain to you why your posts are not being shown.
a. If you're a new user, any post you make has to be checked by a mod before it is shown to the public. This is to ensure that it doesn't break rules and that it isn't spam.
b. The RMT post you made was not shown because it did not follow the site's rules for team posts. First thing is that in-game teams are not allowed. The RMT section is solely for competitive teams. It also didn't include enough info about the Pokemon you had. I'm assuming this is because it was in-game and the Pokemon were all low-level, but if you post a competitive team, make sure you specify each Pokemon's item, ability, EVs, nature and moves as this info allows understanding of each Pokemon's role in the team.
c. The post you made about why your posts weren't shown was not shown either, because it was on the wrong section. You're welcome to post queries about the site in the dedicated meta section here: http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/meta/ The section you posted it on was the main PokeBase, which is for general questions about Pokemon, not questions about the site.
I've found you posts in the list of hidden posts. Here they are, if you need them:
http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/rmt/38414/rate-my-pokemon-x-team
http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/rmt/38413/rate-my-team
Consider going over the site rules. They explain all of these things. These are all very common mistakes that they can help you avoid.  http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/rules If you have any more questions, leave a post in the meta section and me or somebody else will help you out. :)
