Team FASTEST would like to form an alliance with Team Dracony, such that, in the case of a war, Team Dracony will come to the aid of Team Fastest, and we will come to yours. This would be an alliance, and creating a document that we could refer to. We are trying to get as many allies as possible, to reduce the risk of a war. Here is the official document:
