*Okay, the "False Trade Name" is a method I learnt last year. First, nickname a Pokémon "Plz [PokémonNameHere]" or "this shiny??". Then, start up some trades. Offer to trade (but don't actually!) your nicknamed Pokémon. Hopefully, they understand and you get the wanted Pokémon! Have something valuable to trade, like a Shiny, or a Pokémon with Pokérus.
If I taught people here this method, I'm happy.
