Oh, I should probably note that although I'm new to this site, I've been using it for some time before deciding to create this account, so I know my way around the block. I'm also very experienced in the OU tier, although I would like to get more experience in UU and Ubers. I'm a big rusty from not playing in awhile, so I would highly appreciate it if someone would offer to play a few rounds with me on Showdown or give some teambuilding advice for UU and Ubers. Expect to see me most on the Battle Subway, chat, and the Showdown server.

Hello, indulger of my profile digest. You're probably reading this to figure out a bit about me, so I'll be pretty frank (which is typical of myself): I'm a PC gamer, an anime addict, a music enthusiast/musician, a writer, and a general, prestigious, acute net nerd. Note: I haven't had much time for games/anime lately, but after this coming weekend when marching band season ends, I will hopefully be more current in terms of trivial knowledge and being well-informed.
What does Animotose mean, you might ask? Well, it's reminiscent of several things I like:
- anime (I LOVE anime)
- animation (motion; particularly in EDM music)
- animalistic (having wild or untamed qualities)
- animose (free in spirit; resolute)
Basically, it's supposed to mean something vivacious and independent. Aside from all that, it starts with an A, like my favorite anime character's name (I'm obsessed with Asuna from SAO, which happens to be my favorite anime)-- and my middle name also starts with an A, so it's fitting.
I really like music-- I'm really, REALLY into EDM and rock. My favorite style of music right now is electro funk; I also really like future funk, nu disco, and other forms of electro swing. Leave a post on my wall with some links to some good tunes, if you think you know any I'd like. (I play the saxophone, for the record.)
