Effects
Soak changes the target's type to Water. It does not work on Pokémon with the ability Multitype.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Waterium Z and uses its Z-Power, Soak turns into Z-Soak and raises Special Attack one stage, in addition to its usual effect as above.
