Serebii's page on natures. Tells you what natures affect which stats, and which Pokblocks/poffins your Pokemon will like best.

For powerful sweepers, always choose an Adamant nature (Physical sweeper) or a Modest nature (Special Sweeper).

It's in a table so it's easier to so find the nature that raises/lowers a certain stat.
