Where exactly is TM Hone Claws in Black 2?

I looked in the DataBase for the TM, it said, 'Victory Road' but where exactly is it because I can't find anywhere? Plz help

It's near the Pokemon Centre; turn right, and there should be a hidden path (behind some trees and cliffs) and it's a one way route to TM01.
