Is it possible to get G/S/C Pokemon that evolve from the original 151 in FR/LG?

Question

To give an example:
Could I get Crobat/Espeon/Umbreon or any other poekmon that evolve from the original 151 in FR/LG. P.S I am particularly interested in Eevee > Espeon. I've heard it's possible to get them in the Team Rocket post-game plot but I need to be sure.

There has been some confusion. I want to know if you can evolve them and how/when to.

Yes it is possible, for every evolution EXCEPT for Espeon and Umbreon.

For the other evolutions (Crobat, Blissey, etc.) the method is the same as in GSC, except that they can't evolve until you can reach the Sevii Islands (I mean Four Island and beyond, not the first three). It will go to the evolution screen and then a message will appear telling you that it (can't evolve yet (I can't remember the exact message).

The reason you can't get Espeon or Umbreon is that FR/LG has no internal clock, so the game never knows whether it is day or night. The only way to get these two Pokemon in FireRed and LeafGreen is to hack the game or trade from RSE.

Unlike FR/LG, RSE does have an internal clock that is mostly used for growing berries and things (that's why you set the time at the start of the game), and so it can evolve Eevee in Espeon/Umbreon.

I hope this cleared things up a bit.

These are the eleven Pokemon from G/S/C that evolve from the original 151 from Kanto:
Crobat (Max Happiness on Golbat, and gaining a level)
Bellossom (Using Sun Stome on Gloom)
Espeon (Max Happiness with Eevee, level up during daytime)
Umbreon (Max Happiness with Eevee, level up during nighttime)
Slowking (Trading Slowpoke with a King's Rock)
Scizor (Trading Scyther with a Metal Coat)
Steelix (Trading Onix with a Metal Coat)
Kingdra (Trading Seadra with a Dragon Scale)
Blissey (Max Happiness with Chansey, gaining a level)
Porygon2 (Trading Porygon with a Up-grade)
Politoed (Trading Poliwhirl with a King's Rock)

If you meant in the wild, no none of these Pokemon are found in the wild. But they're pre-evolutions are, so you can always evolve these to get these Pokemon.

but HOW and When can i evolve them? I've heard you can only after the post game plot and m friends say the Pokemon begin to evolve but then it... just stops. but thanks for the effort put into that comment. good job :)

You can do it during the main story. just like Dark and Steel type were added to the remakes, so were the gen 2 evolutions.

I've played it with the original game, and though I have never tried myself to evolve an Espeon in the game, I DID try Crobat and that didn't work. I was feeling so annoyed that time >.<
That's why the source is a question which my attention had turned to when I was a freshman ;)

FRLG is my favorite Pokemon game, and I used a Crobat on my 5th or 6th runthrough. It does start to evolve, and then it says "What the...? It stopped evolving!" or something along those lines.
