So I'm doing the Masauda Method for a Shiny, Adamant, and Sheer Force Feraligatr but I don't know what the move set should be.

Hold on, isn't this another moveset question? You can find the answer to your question here (many answers, in fact): http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/4708/what-is-a-good-moveset-for-feraligatr
That's not exactly the same.

Best answer

Feraligatr @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Crunch
- Ice Punch

>Dragon Dance turns Feraligatr into a sweeper by boosting its Attack and Speed by one stage each. Boosted by STAB, Sheer Force, and Life Orb, Waterfall is Feraligatr's most powerful move. Crunch is a useful coverage move that hits Psychic-types such as Cresselia, Reuniclus, and Slowking super effectively and provides Feraligatr with neutral coverage on opposing Water-types. Ice Punch is a useful coverage move that hits the Grass- and Dragon-types that resist Waterfall. Substitute can be used to set up on defensive Water-types that rely on Scald, as none of them can break Feraligatr's Substitute in one hit. Swords Dance can also be used in the final moveslot to give Feraligatr another option to boost against bulkier teams.

Hope I helped.
P.S: for tried and tested movesets try smogon

I like your answer, if I find nothing better, I'll use this after I get my shiny Totodile
Actually, depending on which game you are playing this on, liquidation is better (slightly ) than waterfall. Waterfall is 80BP while liquidation is 85BP and still activates the Sheer Force ability by having the potential to lower the target's defense.

Also, I personally agree that Ice Punch is nearly unmatched in terms of coverage, but in terms of damage, earthquake technically does literally 1% more raw damage. It's preference.

Ice Punch and Dragon Dance are both egg moves, crunch and liquidation can be taught by a move tutor in USUM.

Hope that helps!
