Best Pokemon and movesets for Pokemon Contest Spectaculars?

I want to win them all in Omega Ruby so I can get Lucarionite and give it to my shiny Lucario, but I don't know what moves and Pokemon are best so please help.

Mud sport Barboach sucks in competitive because it's already immune to electric.

That's what Cosplay Pikachu is there for, although many Pokémon with a good moveset can do all 5. I got the job done with my trusty Venusaur. Once you're ready to take on Lisia, just pick whichever type of contest feels the most natural for you.
