Where and/or how can I find any Pokémon with Hidden Ability in US/UM?

Question

The question mainly applies for starter Pokémon, because I especially meant the Island Scan feature, wich sounds a very special circumstance.

-All Pokemon transferred from the VC release of generation 1 and 2 via poke transporter will have HA.
-some totem like Pokemon have their HA.
-pokemon from SOS chain have a little chances of having HA, the chances increases as the chain increase.
There are no exact location of HA Pokemon.
