Does Stench stack with a move's additional effect of causing Flinch?

Okay, it doesn't stack with King's Rock nor Razor Fang, but does it stack with a move's own chance of causing the foe to Flinch?

My assumption is that it would add an extra check to whether or not they flinch but I've got no proof of that
