What type would Smeargle's Judgement be?

if Smeargle sketched judgement would the type of judgment be determined by if and what plate Smeargle is holding or its type if for example it gets dowsed? also what is a ditto copied Arceus would it be the same type how would its judgement work?

If a Smeargle used Judgement, it will work just like it normally does, if Smeargle is holding a specific plate, Judgement will become the type corresponding to its plate.

As for your other question:

If Ditto is holding a Pixie Plate and transforms into Fairy Arceus, its Judgement becomes Fairy type

If Ditto transforms into a Fairy Arceus and isn't holding a Pixie Plate, its Judgement will be Normal type
