Gen 9 OU Weavile on Steroids:

Jolly Nature
- Crunch
- Sucker Punch
- Ice Spinner / Icicle Crash
- Sacred Sword / Psychic Fangs

MUM THERE'S A WEIRD CAT OUTSIDE
Yes, what you see is a Chien Pao, don't worry, it's tame.
Chien Pao is quite the hard hitter with its ability, Sword of Ruin, which technically makes his Base ATK 175.
...
You heard me right.

In OU Chien Pao is a large threat, threatening a large majority of the tier, with such Pokemon being stuff like non scarf Meowscarada, Cyclizar, Dragapult, Skeledirge, Ting Lu if the user is dumb, etc.
It's all thanks to it's great double stabs, Dark and Ice.

We'll first talk about your choices. Choice Band is for sheer damage and to be braindead and spam crunch, Life Orb is if you want to be a bit more versatile, but I'll still recommend you to be braindead and spam crunch.
Your Tera choices are Dark, or Psychic. Dark is if you want to abuse 2x STAB damage. Psychic is if you really want to surprise an Iron Hands and psychic fangs it, Psychic Tera also gives great resistance to fighting if you can't kill that Iron hands.

To me, Crunch is pretty much, universal, unless you have that one normal tera Toxtricity who really wants to use Boomburst, you should just use Crunch over Throat Chop. Crunch does hard damage, hitting a lot of Pokemon for neutral damage, 2 hit koing most. Sucker Punch is great priority because "priority always rocks", and for Pokemon like Dragapult and a Scarf Gholdengo who think that they can kill you with a fire blast or Make It Rain. I personally use Ice Spinner over Icicle Crash due to Icicle Crash always failing me and giving me a "if it ain't 100 it 50" and missing. However, Icicle Crash does provide flinch hax.
And finally, you could choose between sacred sword to kill the one unsuspecting Chi Yu and Garganacl. Psychic Fangs is great coverage, however, I personally use Sacred Sword more.

Gen 9 OU
Chien-Pao @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sword of Ruin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sacred Sword
- Throat Chop/Crunch/Sucker Punch
- Icicle Crash
- Psychic Fangs

Sacred sword is for fighting coverage against rock and steel types. Throat chop is for opponents with sound moves, crunch is for the chance to lower defense. Sucker Punch is priority against faster foes like flutter mane. They are all STAB. Icicle crash is STAB with a nice flinch chance. Psychic fangs is for fighting types.

Gen 9 Monotype Swords Dance (Dark/Ice)

Chien-Pao @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Sword of Ruin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Ice Spinner
- Sucker Punch
- Sacred Sword

A Swords Dance set for Gen 9 Monotype. Swords Dance boosting your attack along with Sword or Ruin lowering the defense stat of opposing Pokemon can allow Chien-Pao to clean through teams. Ice Spinner is used for Ice STAB. Sucker Punch is used as a priority Dark STAB that allows you to revenge kill Flutter Mane and Choice Scarfed Pokemon. Sacred Sword is used for coverage against Pokemon such as Kingambit, opposing Chien-Pao, Iron Treads, Orthworm, Cloyster, and Abomasnow.

Gen 9 OU singles physical sweeper set
Item: None
Ability: Swords of Ruin
Tera Type: Dark (chose it because it resists more types than ice)
EVs: 258 Spe, 252 Atk
Nature: Jolly (lowers SpA, boosts Spe)
- Ice Spinner
- Crunch/Throat Chop (you could go either way)
- Poison Jab
- Acrobatics

Ice Spinner and Crunch/Throat Chop are STAB. Poison Jab is to handle Fairy Types. Acrobatics is to handle Bug and Fighting types.

You can't have 258 EVs in speed. The max is 252, and going above doesn't boost your stats. 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe is probably best

National Dex Monotype Swords Dance + Z Move (Dark/Ice)

Chien-Pao @ Icium Z / Darkinium Z
Ability: Sword of Ruin
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Ice Spinner
- Ice Shard / Sacred Sword
- Crunch / Sucker Punch

A Swords Dance + Z Move set for National Dex Monotype. Swords Dance is used to boost Chien-Pao's attack, making it more dangerous since it has Sword of Ruin to drop the defense of opposing Pokemon. Ice Spinner is used for a powerful Ice STAB and can be used with Icium Z for a powerful nuke that can OHKO Mega Venusuar upon getting up a Swords Dance. Ice Shard is used for a priority Ice STAB that allows Chien-Pao to revenge kill weakened faster Pokemon. Crunch is used for Dark STAB. Sacred Sword is an option over Ice Shard to let Chien-Pao to deal super effective damage to Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, Heatran, Iron Treads, Kingambit, and Excadrill. Sucker Punch is used over Crunch if you use Sacred Sword so you can have a priority STAB that can revenge kill fast Pokemon.

Icium Z should be used on Dark teams. If you use Icium Z, use Ice Shard and Crunch for your other attacking moves. Icium Z turns Ice Spinner into a powerful nuke move that is capable of OHKOing Mega Venusuar upon getting up a Swords Dance after Stealth Rock chip:

+2 252 Atk Sword of Ruin Chien-Pao Black Hole Eclipse (140 BP) vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Venusaur-Mega: 361-426 (99.1 - 117%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Darkinium Z should be used on Ice teams. If you use Darkinium Z, use Sacred Sword and Sucker Punch for the attacking moves. Darkinium Z allows Chien Pao to OHKO Mega Venusuar and Toxapex after getting off a Swords Dance:

+2 252 Atk Sword of Ruin Chien-Pao Black Hole Eclipse (140 BP) vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Venusaur-Mega: 361-426 (99.1 - 117%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

+2 252 Atk Sword of Ruin Chien-Pao Black Hole Eclipse (140 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 307-363 (100.9 - 119.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Have fun with this set if you use it! :)
