What is a good counter to Iron Leaves?

Seeing as Big Deer is reappearing, my friend and I want to kick it for it, but I fear being unprepared would make us fall to an easy Psyblade. What moveset does it use, and what is a good counter to it?

Maybe try Scyther; it barely out-speeds Iron Leaves with its 105 Speed stat, and can deal a physical hit (Iron Leaves' weaker defense stat) with an X-Scissor (which Scyther gets STAB on) for a 4x weakness. I don't have the calculation, but I'm guessing that would beat it in one hit.

Iron Leaves is terastalized, so it won't receive a 4x weakness. Plus, there's a health multiplier in Tera Raids, so a single hit won't be enough.

Ghost-type Pokemon are the best bets as they are strong against Psychic types and resist damage from Bug-type moves.

Lokix has both a type advantage as well as immunity to psychic type attacks. Specialise in bug attacks for iron leaves has a 4x weakness
