The term Pseudo-Legendary refers to any Pokémon that is the final stage of a three-stage evolutionary line, has a base stat total of exactly 600, and is part of the slow experience field group (requiring 1,250,000 EXP to reach level 100). Although Haxorus meets most of this criteria, its BST is instead 570, so it's not considered a Psuedo-Legendary by fans. Rather, the Psuedo-Legendary of the Unova region is Hydreigon.
