Where do I find Miltank and Ekans/Arbok in Pokemon White?

I need help finding a Miltank in pokemon White.

I need help finding a Ekans/Arbok in pokemon White.

Please help me :D

Miltank cannot be found in the Wild in Pokemon White. You will have to use Poketransfer to obtain it in Pokemon White or catch it in the Dream World(if possible)

Same with Ekans/Arbok, it is unobtainable in Pokemon White and must be obtained in the methods above.
