Do Abra that can be caught in the Entree Forest have a chance of holding a TwistedSpoon?

According to http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Pokémon_by_wild_held_item , Abra have a 5% chance of holding a TwistedSpoon. I am aware that this is true if you catch one in White Forest, but would it have a chance of holding it if it was caught using the Dream World and Entree Forest?

Nope, you can't get an Abra holding a Twisted Spoon in the Entralink, but you could transfer the Twisted Spoon if you found it in one of the areas.

I checked the link and it said WILD Pokemon, but if you get an Abra in Dream World it won't count as a Wild Pokemon.
