I've decided to get it :) Like you said, it is a shiny Jirachi, and even if it's a Japan only event now, it might have something to do with OR and AS, like the spiky-eared Pichu or the Shiny legendary dogs.

I don't know. The event is up north at Sendai, Tohoku and I live in Kanto, so I'm wondering if it's worth it to make the trip...
