I was messing around with different illustration effects. That one was the comic book preset or something like that, I just liked the way it looked. It made the outline bold/textured, which looked much better than what I had drawn. It also desaturated everything else, hence the peach color, but it made it unique, so I left it. It does look a little nicer at full resolution because you can actually see the texture.
