I dont even have 5th gym badge so all i can do when i encounter them is chuck great balls.

just walk around in an  area of grass that has pokemon under lvl 10 and use a repel, and you will find htem.

I was grinding, and it just appeared. I did not use a repel but I reccomend hunting near your home town with repels since the only pokemon that will appear is either Raikou or Entei

I have encountered Raikou and Entei so know I know where they are

ORAS is better than XY tho, and I CAUGHT KYOGRE IN RUMBLE WORLD
