In order to be a good teacher, teachers need to have patience. The teachers of today, they only care is about their paycheck. Kids today are in charge. If you say something positive or negative about how to improve something, you be part of the problem and get fired. When it comes to English, the teachers just pass the student. When students get into college, it's a different environment and do not have confidence at all. That's why it took me 10 years to get my degree. When it comes to any type of literature, students have to write in present tense and research on a novel.

Yes, I want to prepare students for success. When I was going to school, no one prepared me for college English. I was prepared for Math, but not English. That is why it took me for a very long time to get my degree.
