Just saw that someone beat me to posting that Gen 2 Ditto catch rate thing.

Findings so far:
I was only able to find and test one Ditto tonight, but I threw my only 2 Great Balls at a sleeping Ditto-turned-Magikarp that had around 15% health, which for a Magikarp gives it a catch rate of around 90%, and for a Ditto is around 20%, and both times it escaped (First time the ball wobbled three times before escaping, second it wobbled once, if it matters), so I'm inclined to think that when a Ditto transforms, its catch rate stays the same. But I did only try twice, so maybe the RNG Gods were just being jerks and tried to make me fail intentionally. In any case, I'll test some more tomorrow.

Yeah, I'm working on it as I write this.

Also, yeah, I know. I like to keep one behind me 23/7 for security, because the only thing that can fight off an orphan is another orphan... Or so I've heard
