Correctly it would be "Me no like Vaporeon." There is no need in capitalizing the "no".

Hey, Just a heads up on your grammar.
You do NOT need to capitalize random words in the middle of sentences. You only need to capitalize names and the starting letter of each sentence really. While this isn't a major issue, it's popped up when I was talking with other Experts who are the ones who are editing your questions and answers to follow generic grammar.
