I'm going to post my moveset stuff here because I don't want to derail the question about low-quality questions. I think a good way to start quality controlling movesets is hiding moveset answers only if they're missing their item, EVs, or nature, and only if they're on the first page of their moveset thread (because those are the ones people see most often). I don't think there's a good way to tell whether a moveset is viable, so you/we don't need to worry about viability for now.

If you do make custom move/ability, it currently will not be implemented (and therefore should have possible replacements), but will be kept for reference if we ever do get the ability to implement those things. :P
