Wall for SkeledirgeStarter (page 1)

First, you have to get the Indigo Disk DLC (im assuming you have that already), but then you need to get 3000 BP. From there, unlock the Coastal Area in the Terarium and Popplio will spawn inside. Im a bit busy rn but I'll add another wall post later if you need the exact location
