Jellicent's thing is going to be hp restoration in conjunction with surf right? So if jellicent is being kept at good hp the majority of the time, is not water spout fitting?  The only issues are wide gaurd, but hydreigon, jellicent and Togekiss all can learn taunt. Togekiss can also work with jellicent as to follow me away attacks, keeping it in high health to preserve water spouts power.

I forgot one big UU threat yesterday, Umbreon. That thing can stall out almost any special attacker in the tier due to the lack of SE attacks against it.
