Oh we don't know that. I personally believe that since Zygarde didn't use any of it's balancing powers in XY, it might just have it's chance in Sun and Moon. Idk, just a thought.

Just keep in mind that the general anime starts out with a weak character that gets stronger as the story progresses ;)

I didn't write it, so I don't know exactly, but Mech mentions being prediction heavy for some styles and being conservative for others, with balanced being between the two.
