I made some changes to my answer in RMT. I removed Mewtwo and added some stuff about Tapu Bulu. If you meant to talk about the latest Global Link tournament (the format is called "VGC 2019 Ultra series" on Showdown in the double battle section) then you can bring Mewtwo as long as it's from Alola (like from Ultra Space or a gen7 event for Mewtwo).

The horror! I can't use any of my desired favorites (I can still bring Lunala and Pheromosa but that's no fun) in the latest Global Link tournament because they're not from Alola! Sigh, I'm tired of using my Alolan Pokémon. I can't even bring Marshadow. And what's that link? I'm borrowing a tablet to check this site and it doesn't seem to work on it.
