Therre are gimmicky things tat have to do with lower BST Pokemon. And for example, Infernape has lower BST than Emboar, but Infernape is better, as it's faster. Does that make sense?

Well, you don't want to always use Pokemon with the absolute highest BST. But yes, that's a good idea.
