Ability: Pressure  
Shiny: Yes  
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD  
Calm Nature  
IVs: 0 Atk  
- Recover  
- Spikes  
- Counter  
- Mirror Coat  

The held item is up to you. Its fun if you want to set up entry hazards you may swap a few moves, like the refleting moves for more status moves.
